We are expanding our retail and reception hours effective September 1, 2020.
We are now open later Tuesday to Thursday. With restrictions due to Covid-19 and the need to regulate how many people are in the Spa at one time, we are now closing to the public for 30 minutes from 1:30 to 2:00 PM during our reception hours.
We continue to control access in order to maintain appropriate social distancing. The door is locked; please knock or call us at 250-585-8768 and we will come to let you in as soon as numbers allow.
Tuesday to Thursday: 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
We are closed on all statutory holidays.
Please note, service appointments are not affected by these hours. We continue to offer service appointments outside our reception hours on a case-by-case basis. Your service provider will manage arrivals and departures during reception closures.
