Not at Elements! Carrissa has recently completed her facial reflexology training as well as the more commonly-known foot-focused reflexology. Whichever route you choose, reflexology offers holistic benefits to help improve overall relaxation and well-being.
- Do manicures and pedicures include gel polish removal?

No, our standard manicure and pedicure services do not include gel polish removal. However, gel removal can be added on as an extra service for an additional fee.

- Can I wear makeup after a facial?

It’s best to let your skin breathe after a facial. We recommend holding off on makeup for a few hours to maximize the benefits. We always apply SPF to protect your skin post-treatment.
